Best of luck to James Carty and Clive Reilly who kicked off the Goggins 4x4x48 Challenge.4 miles every 4 hours for 48 Hours.If you like to do any of the legs with them they will be starting from our Facility in Crossmolina.You can run, walk, cycle whatever way suits you.Will be starting every 4 hours 8am,12pm,4pm,8pm,12am,4am, 8am all the way to Sunday morning 8am.Delighted to take part in the 1st run this morning at 8am with some of the North West crew. Big thanks to James Carty for the T-Shirt,James is taking part in the Goggins Challenge 4x4x48 in aid of Down Syndrome Mayo. The Goggins challenge consists of running 4 miles every 4 hours for 48 Hours.The Goggins challenge will be starting at 8am Friday morning and finish at 8am Sunday morning at our Facility in Crossmolina. Great Buzz this morning in our 9:30am session in C Great Buzz this morning in our 9:30am session in Crossmolina. 

Great to see everyone in especially with St. Patrick's Day and everything that goes with that.

What's important to understand is that when planning out your Year there are always some milestones of reaching.

New Year's-St Patrick's Day-Easter-Summer Holidays - Halloween-Xmas.

If we plan out something and don't reach it by a certain time limit we always tend to just Give Up!!

Giving Up is always the easiest option and we will always have plenty of excuses to back our Actions.

Too Busy-No Time etc etc.

What we need to start thinking is if we don't reach a certain Goal/Target by a time that we would like

Its important to reflect and see how the next few weeks can be better? and how can you improve?

Don't go for the East option of Giving Up.

Remeber there is no Final Whistle when it comes to looking after yourself,
